Product Overview

The rotary drum and agitator 2-in-1 granulator is a molding machine that can make materials into specific shapes (mainly spherical particles). It is suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration organic and inorganic fertilizers. The equipment combines the wet granulation technology of rotary drum granulation with the high-speed mechanical stirring technology of agitator granulation to improve the ball formation rate and particle uniformity while reducing energy consumption.

Main features

• High efficiency and energy saving: Compared with traditional granulation equipment, the particle size distribution is more concentrated, the organic content can be as high as 100%, and it is suitable for pure organic granulation.
• Strong adaptability: Especially suitable for light fine powder materials (such as livestock and poultry manure, clay, kaolin, etc.), the allowable range of raw material moisture is 20%-40%.
• Low pulverization rate: Spherical particles have no sharp corners, a low pulverization rate, and high granulation strength.
• High degree of automation: Rubber plate or stainless steel liner is used, scars are automatically removed, and maintenance requirements are reduced.

Working process

1. Efficient granulation, high balling rate
By combining drum granulation (wet granulation) and agitator granulation (mechanical stirring), the balling rate can reach 80%-90%.
The particle shape is spherical, the sphericity is ≥0.7, the particle size range is 0.3-3mm, and the size can be controlled by adjusting the material mixing amount and the spindle speed.

2. Strong adaptability, suitable for a variety of organic materials
Especially suitable for light fine powder materials such as chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, peat, clay, kaolin, etc.
The raw material moisture adaptability range is wide (20%-40%), and the fermented organic fertilizer can be directly granulated, reducing the drying process and reducing costs.

3. High organic matter content, pure organic matter granulation
It can process 100% pure organic matter without adding binders, the particle strength is high, and the compressive resistance is better than that of traditional disc or drum granulators.
The particles have no sharp corners, low pulverization rate, and are more suitable for storage and transportation.

4. Energy-saving and high efficiency, high degree of automation
Compared with traditional granulation equipment, it has lower energy consumption, higher production efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale production.
Using rubber lining or stainless steel lining, automatic scar removal, reduced maintenance requirements, and extended equipment life.

5. Environmental protection and process optimization
Suitable for the production of environmentally friendly fertilizers such as organic fermentation fertilizers, urban domestic waste, and microbial fertilizers.
It can be combined with steam or chemical reactions (such as nitrogen and phosphorus solutions) for hot granulation to improve granulation efficiency.
